About

Are you seeking health and wellness for you and your family? Please allow me to introduce myself and the gentle benefits of craniosacral and massage therapy.

I’m Ian Dalziel, a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with a special interest in Craniosacral treatments. I enjoy helping clients work to a place of health, strength and wellness, through self care and holistic health care treatments. I graduated from VCMT with honours and am a good standing member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC.

Craniosacral therapy is an osteopathic technique used to restore the natural rhythm of the cranial bones and allow for increased flow of cerebralspinal fluid (the fluid which surrounds the brain and spinal cord.) It can help with stress, migraines, vertigo, post concussion symptoms, TMJ pain, nervousness, irritability, insomnia and anxiety as well as increasing general well being.

Craniosacral treatments begin with an assessment of your own craniosacral rhythm, followed by gentle techniques which allow the cranial bones to regain their natural movement and rhythm . The pressure is light and works with your own body’s rhythm and tendency to reset. Clients are fully clothed throughout the treatment.

My approach to massage therapy is to treat holistically and from a whole body perspective. I love to see people take charge of their healing through exercise and body awareness. If you are looking for an RMT to facilitate and encourage your healing through myofascial release, deep tissue, swedish, and other modalities I would be happy to work with you.

Craniosacral is within the scope of practice of RMT’s and is covered under various extended medical plans.  The clinics that I work with can direct bill most insurance providers, and if they don’t we can provide an invoice with my registration number for submitting to your extended health plan.

I happily practice in two locations in the Fraser Valley:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at the Garrison CBI in Chilliwack.

Wednesday mornings at Restorative Health in Chilliwack.
